Mal left the Empire because he couldn't bare following orders anymore. Now he's on a quest to redeem himself, trying to find a way to forgive himself through his current actions. Mostly he just drinks.

In a bid to find the fastest way to kill himself Mal has become an alcoholic and a tabac addict. Whether his kidney fails him before his lungs do is anyone's guess.

Wiry muscles over a slender frame, keeps his long hair up in a bun with a knife to keep in place. Tends to always wear his belt holster of knives if not his shoulder holster. Is Asian, specifically South Korean in ethnicity...or like Space South Korea I guess. He's played by a South Korean actor?
