Background
They grew up as a cook's child in a family restaurant. Their family came over originally with a parent being a trained soldier but not able to find anything past mercenary work so they eventually abandoned that to start a different life. Originally from Corellia. But the child was raised with some initial military training as well as being a well trained dealer of family trinkets as they pawned off most of their families possessions when their parents couldn't find much work. They'd have some dealings in making and repairing blasters as well for various people also in order to help the family make a living and possibly pay off some debts for the restaurant.
The first actual force power they learned was Move. Just being able to slot small pieces into a blaster at first, then pull and push larger things when learning martial arts from their parent. The parents would think much of it since Zabrak have produced sith before and they might not want their child to become a sith or a jedi but saw no harm in them doing simple or useful things with it in work or combat. Since their parents wouldn't quite discourage the use of their powers they used them more and more, until it was discouraged. This is when they took all the money they had and left for Coruscant to see if the Jedi had any answers to their powers.

Description
Tan skinned with long dark hair over their ivory colored horns. Kiryl has swirling facial tattoos across the left side of their face. It signifies the passage of a martial trial within their family at their coming of age.
Other Notes
They have a Twi’lek friend named Tir’ri from Corellia. When these two first met they fought a lot. Rough housing and just trying to outmatch each other at games consistently. As they grew they were still some rivalry there but it became more of a friendly one. Kiryl is still a bit jealous of Tir’ri’s abilities as a pilot. Struck a deal with another pilot Tir’ri knew in order to get to Coruscant.
