Background
After going into hiding with his Mother, Tor learned at a young age that he was gifted with the same powers she had. He focused his studies on knowledge and education, hoping that he would find the secrets of the force and continue to help his village in the time of attack and storms. He met with a visiting Jedi by the name of _____, who he immediately took a liking to. Above age to be trained as a Jedi, and with his mother's stern protection, he stayed within the Baran Dor sage's guidance, however, Tor believed that the man held wisdom that he and his mother sought. Forming a pupil and teacher relationship, the man became like a father, and they spent much time with Tor's mother researching the stars, and comparing notes. After many years within the confines of Dorin, Tor believes that he is ready to explore the stars and learn all there is to know about the vast galaxy.
Motivation
Morality
Discipline: Rigorous mental and physical discipline comes naturally to Tor. He does not make choices rashly, and every action is precise and selected. Those who think they can goad the character into making foolish choices are sorely mistaken. Self-Mastery is key in all things for Tor. Emotions and desires must be recognized and controlled, preventing rash and reckless arts that might inadvertently endanger those he is trying to help.
Obstinance: Tor may fall into the trap of simple stubbornness if they are not careful. Tor sometimes refuses to consider any course of action other than the one he chooses, unwilling to accept that someone else may have conceived of a better opinion. Tor also has little respect for those who are indulgent or complain about the simple difficulties that they face. There is little place in his heart for those who constantly dwell upon their own difficulties.
Description
Other Notes
Baran Do Sage Background: Reduce the cost to purchase the Forsee, Move, and Protect/Unleash basic force powers by 5 EXP, to a minimum of 5 EXP. In addition, ignore the first two points of conflict earned for using the Unleash Force power each session.
Drawback: Before making major decisions, I must meditate and reflect on their choice, sometimes for hours. Failure to do so, or engaging in rash behavior in general, generates 1 Conflict (in addition to any Conflict generated for the action performed).
