Background

Yuw'Nit masters saw early on in his training that he possessed a tremendous strength and aptitude for Lightsaber combat during his sparring matches. Master Ixirr Rhot took notice of Yuw'Nit's natural strength and took him on as his Padawan. Master Rhot was an expert Juyo practitioner and saw great potential in his new Padawan. Yuw'Nit was only 14 when the Empire returned and took Korriban. Pressed into war before he was truly ready, Yuw'Nit was unable to control the emotions needed to properly fight with the Juyo form. As the war progressed Yuw'Nit grew closer and closer to falling to the Dark Side as his anger grew. During the battle of Balmorra Yuw'Nit almost completed his fall as his anger took hold and he attempted to slay Master Rhot. Instead of killing his Padawan, Rhot sent him back to the temple to meditate on how close he came to losing everything.

Yuw'Nit's meditation revealed to him the path that lead to his downfall and he made a vow to set aside his lightsaber as his first resort to problems. He now does all he can to avoid fighting while he has trained his body to, when forced, take out his enemies without killing them and trained his powers in the Force to help himself and others overcome obstacles without resorting to killing.

Motivation

A singular ambition to better himself and quell the darkness that lurks within. Will do whatever it takes to earn the honour of being a Jedi Knight.
