Growing up on Imperial occupied Rodia Ikseew had no love but little hate for the Empire. He grew up in a caring family that taught him in the Rodian ways of tracking an hunting. While Ikseew enjoyed tracking and hunting, and possesed his species natural knack for it, his true passions were the hunting and tracking of digital prey. At a young age Ikseew was found to have a truly exceptional understanding of the technical especially computers.

His parents did not understand his skill but supported it anyway. Ikseew received finest education Rodia could provide. His high marks made him the target of may information brokers, tech firms, and manufacturers. However in the end he was enlisted to work as a slicer for the Empire on Coruscant.

He was merely a low level grunt in the organization as no non-human could progress much higher than the bottom. He performed better than all of his superiors and watched as humans much less qualified than him rose to be his superiors. Ikseew endured this persecution because the job still paid better than anything on Rodia. Being employed by the Empire also gave Ikseew and his wife and daughter protection and rights that many non-humans did not have. Not to mention he was legally sanctioned to slice some of the most challenging and interesting systems in the galaxy.

Ikseew's main job was slicing, gathering information, and keeping tabs on various criminal organizations around the galaxy. The Hutts, the Black Sun, The Rebellion, he had sliced them all. One day, While going down a data rabbit hole of what he thought led to a secretive criminal syndicate he stumbled on to <some weapon, data, record of some sort that shows something super evil and unforgivable about the empire>. Suddenly realizing he had unwittingly accessed a super secretive Imperial Database and horrified with what he found. Ikseew quickly transferred as much of the data to his datapad as he could and immediately left his work, never to return. However in his haste Ikseew neglected to adequately cover his digital footsteps.

Realizing the true evil of the Empire and fearing for his life, Ikseew used some underworld contacts knew of from his work to acquire passage to the rim for him and his family. When he returned home he found an imperial squad searching his home for the stolen data. He also found the dead bodies of his wife and daughter. Ikseew manages to evade capture by the squad and travels alone to the rim.

He arrives in the Rim with nothing but the clothes on his back, a datapad, a comlink and a few credits. The smuggler who brought him to the rim, feeling sorry for him, gave Ikseew a light blaster and a stimpack to help get him started in the rough and lawless rim.

Overthrow The Empire - After the murder of his wife and child and with the data he has acquired Ikseew not only hates the Empire but he also hates himself for allowing himself to over look the atrocities of the Empire in the pursuit of challenge and credits.

To Ikseew the only way he can make penance is to indiscriminately and often recklessly oppose the empire on whatever front, digital or physical. For the first time in his life the primal Rodian blood has awoken within Ikseew as he now believes no punishment is too great for an Imperial, even death.

Bounty - The Empire has put a large bounty on Ikseew's head, he is wanted dead or alive so long as the data is retrieved (qty 10)
