The scion of a minor Alderaanian noble family affiliated with House of Metara, Aleray was devastated by the destruction of Alderaan while he was off-world gathering sources for a story on the actual efficacy of the Tarkin Doctrine. It became much more scathing after the destruction of his home planet and the subsequent destruction of the Death Star. His pieces, by and large, are well-researched but published under an assumed name.

While he continued offering his support from a distance after the Battle of Yavin, Aleray has since offered his services to Sector Force Lantilles.

Quest (Vengeance): As a proud son of Alderaan with a vendetta against the government that destroyed his home planet, Aleray wishes nothing less than to see Coruscant itself fall to the Rebellion. However, he also knows that wars aren't won in a day and that most of his contributions will not be made with a blaster in his hand.

An attractive human in his mid-twenties with dark hair, dark eyes, and light skin. He dressed sharply, richly, and simply when the House of Metara was supporting him, but in recent years it has become a bit more practical but no less stylish.
