Middle Class Struggles:

Sometimes a character comes from modest, but comfortable conditions prior to entering a life of adventure. This broad category could include anything from a skilled technician, minor political official, professional soldier, or any other lifestyle that typically involves hard work—but with the pay to make it worthwhile.

Family:

The character is driven to find their parents and family - to find home.

Favor:

The PC owes a big favor. Perhaps officials looked the other way when they smuggled in goods, or a friend got them out of prison. Regardless, the favors are stacking up, and soon they're going to be asked to pay them back or return the favor. This favor may be called in a little at a time, prolonging the Obligation.

When Cassus was a baby, trandoshan slavers invaded his village and took the villagers in slaves and slaughtered any that tried to resist. Cassus was then taken to Tatooine where he was sold to Teemo the Hutt to be trained into a fearsome warrior that would stand by Teemo's side (Karkaroans are known for their immense strength and martial prowess). However, Cassus recently learned, through his adoptive sister (Mal), that Teemo was behind the enslavement of his village and has started plotting his revenge.
