Thorkan was found by a rather eccentric Jedi knight about 298 years ago who raised him. Though Thorkan is probably force sensitive he really had no interest in learning the force, even if his adopted parent tried. While Thorkan never really cared for the force, he did care about the Jedi ( who he calls the light keepers)

Thorkan spent most of his days travelling with his adoptive parent, and sometimes the various padawans that they trained, Thorkan wanted to be useful and so learned to pilot, he gained a taste for ‘ going fast’ so much so he would skip off to enter illegal street races.

A few years after his parent became one with the force a Jedi master known as Alton pri reached out to him to work for the order as a shuttle pilot... things went very bad

the shuttle transporting prospective Jedi was attacked and Thorkan was forced to do unsavoury things . Things that involved raising cash through street racing, and taking justice into his hands.. he met Kyuzo before going too far

Alton Pri is a rather thin looking Selkath who acts as Thorkans link to the Jedi since his parent passed.
Pri doesn’t exactly like Thorkans complete disregard for the force, but sees no real problem with him finding his own way.. Pri is associated with a remote Jedi temple near Hutt space.

Some wonder if he could fall, however even in his worst moods they involve him borrowing garbage collection shuttles for a form of “ ram racing”... he pays for the damages... mostly..

Thorkans real Hutt lineage are slave traders, and spice dealers... and unbeknownst to Thorkan, one day they might look for their lost cousin.

( this is tricky, is there something like protect those who he failed to protect before ?)

Enthusiasm ( Thorkan always enggages tasks with a certain amount of eagerness, that can be seen as smugness, considering he’s pushing 300 cycles, he sees moments as something to be enjoyed now)
He’s rather reckless, leaping before thinking, pushing for more and more speed,

Thorkan looks very generic for a Hutt, save for his solitary blue eye, and his rather average bionic one. When asked he will say something along the lines of “well we were all 20 cycles once” then chuckle

This obviously doesn’t exactly work if your not as long lived as a Hutt though..
