Background
Marcus was a mechanic and part time law enforcement official in the town of Mos Espa on Tatooine. Marcus married Jen and they had three sons. Marcus was instrumental in a sting operation that crippled the Zann Consortium's smuggling operation in Mos Espa. Marcus was bribed by the Zann Consortium in an effort to look the other way while they rebuilt their smuggling infrastructure. Marcus refused the bribe. The Zann Consortium then attacked Marcus' family. Due to some quick thinking by his wife, Jen, his youngest son was saved as Jen fled with him into the Jundland Wastes. However, the Zann Consortium kidnapped Marcus' two older sons and held them for ransom, trying to force Marcus to look the other way in regards to their criminal enterprises. Marcus and his wife, Jen, vowed that day that they would rescue their two sons and get revenge against the Zann Consortium. Now they work as bounty hunters, tracking down various different criminals in the Zann Consortium who have bounties on their heads. Each bounty brings them one step closer to finding the location of their sons and taking down Tyber Zann himself. Their infant son, Bender, was left with relatives in a hidden location on Tatooine.
