Background
Kierba was born on Uvena Prime in 63BBY and was raised an orphan by her mentor Turx Nioba. Nioba was an ex-soldier who had fought in the Shistavanen army, conquering planets. Kierba picked up a certain set of skills during her upbringing, making her loyal but unrelenting. She trained hard and fought harder, and was only allowed to leave her monitor's guidance once she had beaten her mentor in combat.
She left Uvena Prime in 45BBY in a spacecraft that, unbeknownst to her, had a malfunctioning hyperspace astrogation brain. She had no problems jumping to hyperspace but just before she left hyperspace, her hypernav suffered a catastrophic failure and attempted to leave hyperspace through a half-open hyperlane exit causing her to be catapulted 39 years through hyperspace into 6BBY.
When she arrived she was confused at first and it took her a while to adjust to the new changes in things like technology and galactic ruling.
Eventually she decided her best route was to join the Alliance, as she felt it suited her needs best. Existing in the future came with certain advantages, such as having no emotional attachments and not existing in any records anywhere, but it also meant she could never go back home again, as her people would not know her.

Motivation
Because she left her home at such a young age, fully expecting to return and share her journey, she never said proper goodbyes to her friends or family. She travels around the galaxy with the Alliance on missions, but whenever she can she'll try to find and help any Shistavanen she can to remind her of home, no matter the cost.
Duties
Sabotage: Kierba has a knack for being destructive, so she decided that trying to be destructive in a useful way would benefit the Alliance best. She has the desire to always destroy all Empire operations at every possibility in the most spectacular way possible.
