Nyss was born into the Taaln family which was well known for producing starships and raising the brightest minds on all of Dorin but if you told that to Nyss he would laugh in your face and make you buy a round of drinks. For Nyss wasn’t like his brothers and sisters and didn’t want to spend his days rotting away in the management position that he was expected to take. Nyss wanted to fly, being raised in a family of starship producers had it’s benefits after all. Nyss was expected to take over as head of starship production and so he knows the inside of a cockpit like the back of his hand. He lived for the moments when he got to give the newest starship a test drive and hear that addicting purr and feel that feeling that accompanies going speeds he can hardly comprehend. But when Nyss was told he was going to marry the soon to be head of their biggest rival he exploded and stole the starship he was meant to test that day. Being completely lost and without any way to make money Nyss turned to crime. For Nyss found that his skills at lying and hiding things from his parents and his skill with a starship came in handy in the art of smuggling. Nyss started to love the thrill of committing crimes and slowly became addicted to it. Nyss needs something to get the blood pumping every once in awhile or else he’ll turn to the one thing that never ceases to give him the thrill he’s looking for, crime. Nyss’s lifestyle was quite an exhilarating one and never ceased to give him what he was looking for until he stole a speeder from the wrong people and found himself on an imperial transport to be executed.
