Background
1. How did you discover your force sensitivity?
When surveying an archaeological dig, Adan was drawn to a cave, neatly hewn into the rock, with rooms, tables, and beds that appeared millennia old. Inside he found a strange pyramid-shaped box that seemed to reach out to him. After this incident, Adan found that the ebbs and flows of the force were familiar to him--like they were always there, but he hadn't noticed them until he entered that cave.
2. Describe a moment where you fell prey to your moral weakness or experienced a tragedy/horror that still haunts you.
It was Adan's curiosity that had drawn him to the cave, and to the horrible box. When he touched it, visions flooded his mind; terrible hallucinations of crippling fear and doubt, and of a darkness too deep to comprehend. His mind could not process it all, and in a surge of will, he pulled himself away and ran.
3. How did you come to join the NJO?
After weeks of fitful, nightmare-filled sleep, Adan sought out the Jedi for answers, to place meaning to what he saw in the visions. There he found a peace like he had never known, and slept his first restful night in what seemed like ages. After receiving counsel, he requested to stay and undergo training, lending his knowledge of the past to aid the order that gave him sanctuary.
4. Name one NPC your character has a strong connection with. This could be a family member, a friend, a work contact, or a bitter rival.
His university colleague, Pavell, is a childhood friend, and is the only non-Jedi he told about the visions that the box gave him. It was Pavell's idea that Adan seek out the Jedi in the first place.
