Background
Sold into slavery as a young teenager, my father attacked the traders shortly after my capture. He was a freedman, buying his freedom after working as a runner in the Outer Rim. Before the slavers overcame his deadly attacks, he hurried me off to a transport ship, giving me the family heirloom sword.
He made me take an oath to free those throughout the galaxy who are oppressed with slavery. Turning back, he ran into battle with just his barehands and that is the last I saw of my father. The ship was a vessel to Hethan Romun, and brought us to the planet Spintir. It is here I developed a relationship that taught me friendship that will last my lifetime.
Motivation
Freedom: All sentient beings must have the opportunity to make their own decisions, for good or for ill, and the right to face the consequences or receive the just rewards for their actions. The character seeks freedom for the enslaved and oppressed, and fights against organizations that promote slavery or subjugate their people.
Morality
Independence: The character believes in relying on himself. He does not count on others to perform tasks for him; instead, he ensures he can handle any situation he encounters. He refuses to be a burden on others.
Coldness: Self-reliance can slip into isolation if one is not careful. A cold character doesn't just desire to rely only on himself, but has nothing but disinterest for anyone else. If they can’t help themselves, why should he aid them?
