**Freedom**
The absolute and autocratic rule of the Emperor is an offence to Ariana's core beliefs about governments and politics. In fact, she opposes central authoritarianism in all forms, yet sees the Alliance as a far "lesser evil" that she can live with after the Empire is brought down.

**Intelligence**
Ariana knows that every victory hinges on knowing as much about the Empire's military might and other assets as possible. She is driven to gather any and all potentially useful data, wishing to locate vital and vulnerable targets for Rebellion forces to strike at. She not only wants to know what the Imperial military factions are up to. but also the state o f technological research, economic policies, and other aspects of Imperial strength.

As an Infiltrator, Ariana rarely relies upon brute force or direct confrontation to accomplish her goals. Instead, she uses stealth, guile, subterfuge, and disguise to integrate herself among her enemies. She gains access to sensitive areas, talks to the right people, and employs every other available tactic to obtain valuable information, steal important secrets and assets, and leave behind a target who is reeling from her efforts.
