'Lee' used to run with an underworld swoop-bike gang on Nar Shadaar. He'd try his hand at legal data-entry work but always fell back in with his old gang when things went wrong.

What Lee later discovered, was that the gang had been drugging him with death sticks to create a dependency on them. An imperial drugs bust saw Lee and the whole gang arrested and landed them in prison on Oovo IV. A rebel strike team hit the facility just a weeks later. Lee was the only convict that helped them, mining the prison for intelligence and access codes in return for the alliance's help.

He works now as a data analyst and decryption specialist for the rebellion. Lee's not much of a fighter and instead sees Galen and Jyn Erso, Cassian Andor, General Leia and other rebel informants as personal heroes. The destruction of the Death Star inspired many. For Lee, it proved that putting the right data chit in the right hands can bring down an empire.

Belief - Freedom
Lee lived almost his entire life under the thumb of ruthless and manipulative gangsters, then under imperial jailors. He wants to see a galaxy free of oppressors and the Galactic Empire are the worst oppressors of all.

Intelligence
Lee believes that even the mightiest imperial weapon can be brought down with the right piece of information. Like with the Death Star, the right slice and the right secret can bring down the whole imperial machine.

So many of the empire's secrets are guarded by technology they believe to be unassailable. This leaves them open to electronic attack. Lee is determined to hack and decrypt everything the empire fears to reveal. Access codes, door locks, political plans, fleet orders. With just a quick edit, he can send imperial troops chasing their tails or siphon funds from a Grand Moff's personal account...
