Background
During order 66 IG-666 was tasked with hunting down and killing all jedi on Coruscant. During one such mission he fought and killed a jedi knight in single combat but was badly injured. When he was turned back on some time later he was no longer on Coruscant and was now part of a pit crew as a maintenance team.
