Expert Tracker 1 F&D, 142 The character removes a setback dice per rank of Expert Tracker from [their] checks to find or follow tracks. Survival checks made to track targets take 50% less time than normal (this does not decrease with additional ranks of Expert Tracker).
Quick Draw 2 Once per round, on the character's turn, [they] may draw or holster an easily accessible weapon or item as an incidental, instead of a maneuver. This talent also reduces the amount of time to draw or stow a weapon that usually requires more than one maneuver to properly prepare or stow, by one maneuver.
Lethal Blows 1 The character adds +10 per rank of Lethal Blows to any Critical Injury rolls inflicted on opponents.
Precise Aim 1 Once per round on the character’s turn, the character may perform a Precise Aim maneuver before attempting a combat check and suffer a number of strain. The number of strain cannot exceed their ranks in Precise Aim. They then decreases the target’s defense (ranged and melee) by one per strain suffered for that combat check.

Description
The basic power of Alter allows the user to tap into the Living Force of their surroundings, manipulating the nearby environs. The basic power has two uses, both of which can only be used in natural terrain that can change form easily, such as dirt, sand, mud, and thick vegetation.
Upgrade Effect
Control The Force user may spend a Force point to give all characters within short range of the Force user concealment, adding a setback die or boost die to appropriate checks. This lasts for the duration of the power. The user may not activate this multiple times.

Background

"The problem with other Rodian jedi, I've found, is they feel they need to disconnect from the roots of our people. Sure guerrilla fighting isn't as honorable, nor is seeing your enemy as a beast to be hunted, but it's in our flesh. We're built to scrape and hunt. Force or not, it's in our nature. Our home may be gone, but our culture doesn't have to go too. . ."

Morality

JUSTICE - The large scale threats to the Republic and the Jedi Order have cast a wide shadow over the galaxy. While the order at large has focused it's efforts on the horror created by Abeloth, much of the outer rim's problems went unanswered. It's been my purpose to bring judgement to the criminals of the lawless lands in the wake of cosmic threat.

CRUELTY - Often outgunned and overextended, I must use any tool at my disposal to root out the wicked. I don't consider it ideal, but sometimes leaving behind a display of brutality can dissuade more would be crime lords and buy more time for order to be established.
