An older twi'lek who spent his whole life in a gang as an expert bounty hunter. After his gang took out the wrong person, agents from the empire descended on them. The most senior, respected members that remained were dragged to Lord Vader himself. Vader decided to give one of their members the chance to prove useful to the empire, if they could decide amongst themselves which one it would be. Lo'Kao didn't hesitate at all to turn on the last surviving members of his gang. The late success of that secret mission from Vader inducted him into the list of reliable attack dogs the empire has in this sector, and he's since worked for them for over a decade.

Love: Lo'Kao has been in the game for too long. Not many bounty hunters get to live long enough to retire, but Lo'Kao is hoping to be one of the lucky ones. He often fantasizes about finding some "indentured" twi'lek charity case on a mission that he can save and run away with. Then they'll live off of his blood money on some hidden corner of a planet nobody cares about for the rest of his days.

(20) Betrayal: The How-Tri were a small, but capable gang of runners and bounty hunters from a distant cityscape. Lo'Kao joined them as a teenager, and spent over 30 blood spattered years with them. Yet it took less than 24 hours to sell them all out to the empire when approached by imperial bounty hunters, and only 9 minutes to personally end the other leading members of the gang.
