Octavian was born 3 years before the empire arrived on Mandalore, into a small but honourable mandalorian clan, both his parents loved him dearly, he had everything he ever wanted and had a happy upbringing. At the age of 8 he was trained by his farther and uncle in traditional mandalorian combat and how to use Mandalorian weapons and equipment, the young Octavian quickly became very skilled and talented with all sorts of blasters ranging from pistols, to rifles to snipers.

However when he was 19 the empire came to madalore and his clan rose up in support of clan Visla, but his mother farther and uncle where all captured and killed in a ambush set by his cousin Callus. Octavian was forced to flee Mandalore with whatever he had.

Octavian made his way to Roche on a cargo freighter and then set off to the outer rim, as he blamed the empire for the death of his family and wanted to put as much space between him and them.

Over time he honed his skills and joined the bounty hunter guild doing any jobs he could find to make his way in life.

Octavian is a 23 year old average sized Human Mando standing at 5,10 and has an athletic build.

He has black hair and a chiseled face, his most prominent features are his deep purple eyes and a large deep scar across his left eye.

Octavian has a funny yet dark sense of humour and is always trying to make light of a situation however he has a very short temper.
