Background
R3-KR started his droid-life as a simple astromech droid commissioned to an imperial post on Tatooine. R3 was part of an anti-gambling task force attempting to control illegal and Hutt-controlled gambling on the planet. The mission was, of course, a futile one. The branch had few resources and R3 was already an outdated droid with a faulty personality chip, many years due for a memory wipe.
The branch was eventually shut down, but when the modest outpost building was shuttered, R3 was left behind, forgotten. It decided, in its lonliness, to put its accumulated knowledge of gambling laws and databases of famous criminals and card sharks to make a name for itself. Masquerading as a droid in the service of Nova Corran, a Naboo socialite controlling many gambling droids across the galaxy, it took to gambling in the Tattooine bars and back alleys. Eventually, not even Corran's falsified, if impressive, credentials nor Wrecker's skills could keep it afloat. It borrowed money from Yurrug the Foul, but it never climbed out of the debt hole. Now loan sharks are on his robo-ass.
Now Wrecker has fled to Lokob in an effort to escape its debt.
Motivation
Freedom - Wrecker will do anything to wriggle out from under the thumb of his debtors.

20 Obligation rating
Description
A standard-looking R3 droid, white with a yellow trim. Its frame is battered and worn from decades of poor maintenance in the harsh Tatooine environment. Close observation shows a scratched and scrubbed portion of its dome, which once held the emblem of the Galactic Empire and the Anti-Gambling Commission, along with a serial number.
