Wevilo was born on Ithor. He was an outcast as a child and ended up being despondent to most people as an adult, causing him to become self sufficient. His proficiency in using technology and machines stems from his obsession with technology as a child and led to him being incredibly good at building and repairing machines, as well as things like explosives.
