Born in a prison Kakrem learned to stay in the shadows and use his wits and nimbleness to keep out of trouble. At 14 he escaped by pure luck as a riot was going on and others escaped. With his only desire to be see the galaxy that was robbed from him at birth, he uses his skills he learned to become a smuggler trained in the art of theft. Not because he cares necisarily about the money, but because it allows him to explore. He hates other bothans and is still chased by bounty hunters.
