Background
Siorram Bhon-Fhanais is a former Mandalorian Police Constable, who oversaw Blackwatch, a small settlement on Concordia. When the Empire attacked Mandalore, an Imperial Fleet Commander by the name of Geth Bessalarian ordered that the settlement surrender to Imperial control. Siorram, then the Blackwatch Police Chief, refused to budge. At Bessalarian's orders, Siorram's home settlement was put under the blaster. Siorram was captured, along with the rest of his family. Fleet Commander Bessalarian personally executed Siorram's family, a wife and two daughters, ages 8 and 6, and left a broken man with armor that he believes he does not deserve to wear, for failing to protect the people who trusted him with their defense, and who meant everything to him. Bessalarian quietly had him taken to Hoth, to die in the cold, as a final insult. When the shuttle landed, using a concealed spare handcuff key, he escaped his restraints, retrieved his blaster from one of the guards, and killed the shuttle crew. Taking the ship, Siorram escaped to the Outer Rim, landing on Tatooine and fading into the background. He would spend the next 19 years of his life roaming the Dune Sea, fighting in defense of the defenseless, trying to keep what little of his honor he still believes he holds. He's broken now, but if he gets the right nudge, he might just get back to his old ways, and bring justice to the man who took everything from him...

Description
Dreams are painful for Siorram. At night, he sees his sees his wife and girls, only for the morning to rip them away from him yet again. He is understandably grumpy, as a result. He won't wear his armor, and at 46, he isn't in the shape he used to be, but he can still shoot the way he used to.
