Background
A peasant fisherman that became enamored with the stories of visiting spacers. Wanting to increase his station, he left Lowick to pursue riches and glory. He very quickly ran out of credits and had to resort to busking and small smuggling operations to stay fed.
Gangsters offered a “lucrative” career as a club entertainer on Coruscant, failing to mention his living costs would be deducted from his pay until after his arrival.
Because all of his meager performance wages go to his ever-increasing debt, his "actual" income comes from spying and information brokering for the scum that frequent his venues. He goes to great lengths to hide the credits earned from this side-gig from his debtors.
