Background
Grew up on the streets with his natural knack for anything electronic he was able to earn his keep. One day an elite group of slicers walked by with full cybernetics and he knew what he wanted to be like that the perfect mesh of man and machine. He had one problem he was a just a kid living on street barely able to keep his belly full and no means to afford such an expensive gear.
He has been teaching himself on an old holopad that he found in the dumpster behind a cybernetic hospital for imperial war veterans but that, holopad was only able to take him so far. One day he was hanging around the back ally of the hospital again trying to get scraps of old implants an old man ask him what he was doing back there while reluctant at first Coeus eventually told him. That man, Justbra Tidtap, was one of the medic/engineers that worked that hospital and notice the bot several times before hand and saw great potential in young Coeus and not wanting to get himself or other hurt while performing any type of cybernetic upgrade Justbra decided to teach Coeus the correct and modern ways of cybernetics and updated his datapad. This included where to find the tools equipment need to make such modifications. As a side effect of his teaching Coeus was able to learn how slice into most electrical systems and proved use to a lot of people in high places in the underworld.
Since then he has been inching and crawling his way up, working for various underworld bosses, to better and better gear and upgrades doing what work he can himself. One day he was doing an upgrade on a mob boss and the boss shifted in his seat and made him touch the wrong connections and killed the mob now the bosses sister is out hunt for Coeus' hide. Coeus has been on the run ever since.

Obsession: The PC has a unhealthy obsession for cybernetics. He must pursue this, possibly to the detriment of his health, finances, or well-being. A character with this Obligation tends to get along well with others that share his interest, but is looked at with pity, amusement, or even a bit of fear from others who don't understand.
