Completing The Gathering, the rite of passage before becoming a padawan was a difficult task for Zoru to overcome. However, it pales in comparison with what he has to face later. After the event of Order 66 which signals the end of the Republic and the era of The Galactic Empire where anyone from the Jedi Council, regardless if there are full fledged Jedi Master or a new padawan, were hunted down. Thus begin Zoru's life of constant running and hiding.

Following tradition, he was assigned under Jedi Master Joe Aerith, a Mirialan, few days before The Empire took place. Zoru's interaction with her were minimum as she was busy with her own task, trying to end the war with The Separatist. Her words, together with other Jedi Master that Zoru had the privileged to listen and learn from has guided him in a quest to not only find others who are like him so that together they can fight against a common foe but also to complete his personal goal, to undergo a ritual tattoo.

Glory: Fame and the spotlight beckon to this character. He wants to perform great deeds, and be celebrated for them.

Mercy: The character shows mercy toward his foes, dealing with them fairly and honorably. He can spare the defenseless, will help a helpless enemy, and generally does not abuse a position of strength.

Hatred: The galaxy can be a cruel and heartless place, and compassion can quickly turn to hatred of the individuals or situations that cause others to suffer. When a character’s mind roils with simmering hatred, that hatred may be all too slow to fade.
