Tycho Vondar once had a prestigious career as a legitimate businessman operating a front company for Zajj the Hutt's illicit operations. Vondar was required to maintain a clean record to hold this position. However, Vondar saw an opportunity in a side deal to corner the Bacta market by poisoning a massive quantity of Bacta. The plan failed and earned Vondar two powerful enemies: the Empire, which views him as a fugitive, and Zajj who was enraged the heat brought on from Vondar's actions damaged his operations. Vondar now must find a new way to make his way in the galaxy, perhaps as a smuggler...

Tycho Vondar is motivated by profit and survival. Vondar believes if he can make enough credits, he can pay off his enemies and live in peace. Knowing Zajj the Hutt very well, Vondar knows if he can raise enough credits he can placate the powerful crimelord to make up for the lost business the failed Bacta deal caused. The Empire is corrupt and Vondar (somewhat foolishly) thinks he might be able to bribe a regional governor to expunge his record.

Tycho Vondar is a wanted man with powerful enemies. The Empire seeks to bring Vondar to justice while Zajj the Hutt wants him dead. Vondar must find a way to survive in a galaxy where major players are trying to make him pay severely for his crimes.
