Background

Namor moved with his parents at a young age (8) and while in transit his father suffered an injury that led to the amputation of his left leg. This is what jumpstarted his career as a CyberTech as he worked to replace his father's leg with a Cybernetic Prosthetic that he constructed himself, as well as his passion for medical knowledge to install the Cybernetics as well.

His parents are committed to a Mercantile lifestyle that does not interest Namor. As such he set off to learn more about Cybernetic Technology, recover whatever technology he could repurpose or deconstruct to learn from, and then hopes to not only enrich his parent's lives, but also for his own ambitions, he wishes to attain a reputation across the universe as one of, if not, the best Cyberneticist. This journey was catalyzed after being let go from a planet-side clinic he was employed at as a Physician and Surgeon. As the campaign begins he is only 20 years old.

Motivation

He wishes to design his own Ion-Protected Cybernetics and make state-of-the-art Cybernetics to either implement within himself or to sell and install into clients to further his own ambitions to become the best Cyberneticist in the Universe.

Along with that, he desires to own property with self-sustaining systems so that his parents can comfortably retire when they are ready, as well as himself - when the time comes. He also, selfishly, desires to design custom Cybernetics to enrich his parent's lives.

Lastly, he wishes to design, create, and market his own line of Cybernetics - using his parent's as his own personal merchants - to spread his renown.

Obligations

(35 Obligation)

20 Family: His parents work as Merchants and are the cornerstone of his motivation for ambition.

15 Obsession to Cybernetics: He is obsessed with learning about and designing cybernetics! He would also likely place himself in harms way to harvest/recycle cybernetic parts.

Description

Namor is a very intelligent individual who is well educated, through his own pursuits, as well as his deep understanding of mechanical as well as medical knowledge has made him arrogant in his presumption of understanding the universe around him beyond his means. Despite this, many find him to be a pleasant companion due to his extremely tidy nature and meticulous attention to details. Despite his air of superiority, he always seeks to learn new information and be the most educated person in the room.

Unfortunately, due to his obsession with cybernetics, he has also been known to be particularly morbid with technology as he has no regards to corpses when harvesting their tech to be studied and recycled - even having an official complaint filed against him.

Other Notes

Infravision: Removes a setback die due to lighting conditions.

*He has piercings to make up for the lack of funds and supplies to implement his own Cybernetics, not to mention that he has very high standards for what he'll install on himself (likely ending up crafting them all himself).

*The scar on his mouth was an accident from his teenage years when he attempted to study his own physiology and practice a crude medical procedure to expand his jaw so he could eat larger portions at once. Albeit, he doesn't usually admit this, often claiming it occurred in the same instance where his father lost his leg to avoid embarrassment from his ignorant youth and personal overconfidence.
