Background
Tuk Ninith grew up the son of the Banking Clan’s equivalent of Economic and Accounting “Guns for Hire”, specializing in completely legal Corporate Espionage. If you wanted your competition to experience a death spiral of failure in business that would guarantee that they would consider ending their own lives in shame and humiliation, and you could afford to pay, you hired Tuk’s parents. If you wanted to find out who was embezzling from the Company, or, more often, Syndicate, so you could feed them to the Rancor under the trap door, you payed any price to hire Tuk’s parents. If you wanted to appear successful beyond your wildest dreams in return for a steep cut of the profits, you put Tuk’s parents on your Company's board. Tuk has much of the same competitive drive as his parents did, albeit with a touch more benevolence; unlike his parents, he wants the good guys to win, and to be a part of that... while cackling madly at the humiliation of those who dared to oppose them in the first place.

A brilliant Logician, Tuk Ninith makes for an excellent Strategist, weaving the most obscure minutiae into a logistical nightmare for the Empire, and a Strategic win for the Rebel Alliance. Unfortunately, this brilliance comes with an oversized ego to match...
