Background
Tec Noro is a Duros doctor. He came from a small family but suffered from heavy depression that he's just coming to terms with and beginning to overcome. While he is close to his family, he's happy to be out on his own. Wanting to help people, he went into medicine to do his small part in the increasingly dangerous and frightening galaxy.
Motivation
While his world hasn't been touched by the Empire, he hates the injustice that he's seen across the galaxy. However, he rarely has the follow-through to accomplish much. Most of it comes down to fear as he's not always comfortable speaking his mind. But with the damage that Palpatine and his Empire is doing, he's finding it more and more difficult to stay quiet.
