Oleekando is a member of the Chekkoo clan on Rodia. He grew up tinkering with and helping build their primary export: weapons, armor, and other related munitions. He focused his training particularly on weapons and has developed a knack for building and tweaking a variety of weapon types.

More recently, he has been tasked with delivering product and modifying equipment for various clients. The Chekkoo Clan generally has a moral compass, but the prospect of credits has a tendency to make such morals bend. Particularly in the trade of weapons, such clients were often shady, if not outright criminals.

While Oleekando has strong ties to his clan, he also has a bit of a rebellious streak to him. Often he is asked to work with too many constraints, which limits his creativity, and frustrates him with the leadership of the clan. Knowing he has skills that could be of use to many, and the potential to earn many credits and better his life is quite tempting to him. While he may take the occassional side hustle, his duty to his clan is important to him.

His most recent assignment to deliver a large shipment of Frag Grenades, and Blasters has gone array. He has been stranded off world, and potentially disgraced in the eyes of his clan for failing to complete the sale.
