Mentors:

The Admiral - Gideon Gorwik, former navy admiral. A dashing, handsome officer obssessed with the glory days of the republic, and possessed of an free spirit. A father-figure to Val Bron, the only one he has ever known, for better and for worse.

The Magus - Gellia, an alluring woman, a powerful and knowledgeable force sensitive, well-versed in strange, esoteric traditions.

The Knight - Elia Zarich, former master to the padawan Eleni Lume, a parental figure that was nonetheless the object of considerable obsession to the young jedi, now dead as of the close of the Clone Wars.

Ambition (Survival) - Unlike the supposedly high-minded ideals of the magus and the admiral, Bron seeks only the survival of himself, and the crew that he has come to regard as family.

Mystery (The Dark Side of the Force) - Val harbours a fascination with morality, and the way in which the Force imposes itself upon the universe. He seeks to understand what it means to make moral decisions, what defines someone as evil, and how the force responds to and guides such actions.

Strength: Wellness - Val relies on others, they rely on him, and together, they prosper. He gains great satisfaction in helping those he cares about.

Weakness: Rigidity/blindness - Time and again, Val pushes against the flow of change, desiring things to stay as they are. It's partly why he loves the art of the duel. A single thing that he can focus on that remains as it is. Val fears change, he is overwhelmed by it, and this can cause him to make unadvisable decisions or abide things that should not be permitted.

Pale blue skin, close cropped silver hair (think aerion brightflame), brown eyes.

Wears either tight black pants, or flared jeans with a dark brown wash and a sagging tech-belt. Often wearing a simple brown-green vest with a dark red scarf and a white shirt, or a dark blue vest with a dark red tie and his white shirt. He also has a dark blue cropped jacket that he often wears, as well as a longer grey jacket, and even a silver-coated piston jacket, and a black double-breasted leather jacket. He has two kinds of ponchos, a lighter brown one that covers his upper body, and a darker brown one that goes lower.
