Background
Was quickly climbing up the ranks of administration on a mid rim planet until he began speaking out against some of the corruption he saw within the empire. He's convinced that the emperor doesn't know what's going on below him but isn't sure how far up the corruption goes. He maintains what was a fairly popular holo-blog but it's being suppressed by the major holonet companies.
Motivation
Status: wishes to climb the ranks and be above the midlevel bureaucracy, preferably as a moff or planetary governor. Doesn't see how it's possible with all the corruption in the mid level bureaucracy and censorship on the holonet.
Local Politics: Thinks he was the obvious choice to be named colonial governor but was passed over for the son of a moff.

Obsessed with convincing people of the corruption in the deep empire and how crooked the holonet is. Used to be a mid level planetary politico until he was ran out of office under suspicious circumstances. Now obsessed with releasing holonet videos exposing the corruption in the mid level Bureaucracy. He's sold everything he has to fund his show and is convinced he'll eventually get through to the emperor.
