The weapon can be modified using an Easy (1 difficulty) Mechanics check to increase damage by 2 and replace the option to 'ignore the first "out of ammo" result' with 'a despair causes the weapon to catastrophically explode and deal base damage on the user'.

Grit 2 Gain +1 strain threshold.
Duration 1 May reduce any Critical Injury suffered by 10 per rank of Durable to a minimum of 1.
Toughened 1 Gain +2 wound threshold.
Resolve 1 When a character involuntarily suffers strain, he suffers 1 less strain per rank of Resolve to a minimum of 1.
Knowledge Specialization 2 When acquired, choose 1 Knowledge skill. When making that skill check, may spend ( 1 triumph ) result to gain additional successes equal to ranks in Knowledge Specialization.
