Mother Talzen was no fool my child. She did not sell off our children for petty favors, nor did she send Nightsisters and their Nightbrother mates into the galaxy out of cruilty. No Muerta, the great mother was a woman of vision and planning. She must have known that part of the Clone Wars would have come to Dathomire eventually. And it did, when a lost sister named Ventress returned to her people wanting vengeance on the ones who betrayed her. We Nightsisters could not deny this of her as we of the sisterhood always help our own no matter the cost. In the end, those who betrayed Ventress came to Dathomire, and Mother Talzen's tribe was massacred. The temple of the Nightbrothers almost destroyed. Talzen and Ventress tried to avenge our fallen sisters, but they too fell.

But that Muerta is the past. Those who betrayed Ventress died by other hands. The Clone Wars are over, but the galaxy now festers in darkness and despair. Our homeworld, Dathomire, rests under the ever watchful gaze of an empire ruled by a tyrant who lusted for our knowledge of the Force. These are dangerous times, yet it is now Dathomire calls its lost children home.

Have you had the dreams my child? Have you not seen Dathomire in your sleep Muerta? The whispers of our deceased ancestors, their bodies hung from funeral shrouds among the blood red trees? Did you not dance around a circle of emerald flame with your fellow sisters while you slept?

Dathomire calls to you Muerta. It calls to me and your father. And it is time we leave this backwater world here in the Outer Rim and make our way home. It is a test of strength, cunning and resilience, for you will need such to survive on Dathomire.
