Background

"Born" to the designation 'K-N4V3', Knave for short, was security droid tasked with guarding the halls of the second Deathstar. Though something was... off in his computing, while he followed the orders of his commanding officers he often found himself second guessing their orders and opinions, although not vocally. Since his awakening he's secretly collected bits and pieces of info that came too and from the base, waiting patiently for a chance to run...

Motivation

Wanderlust: Bored of his normal programming he looks to the stars, longing to see the galaxy from another perspective, anywhere but from the small windows aboard this dreadful sphere.

Obligations

Betrayal: Although not obvious yet, Knave no longer truly believes in the Empire, or atleast those stationed directly above him and wishes to find a way out.

Description

Standing nearly 8 feet tall and plating in matte black, he is identical to other KX units in every way while on a job, off of a job he is seen sporting loose clothing and a cap, both of which garner him odd looks from living and droid alike.

Other Notes

Special Abilities: Do not need to eat, sleep or breathe, and are unaffected by toxins and poisons. Cybernetic implant cap of 6 instead of Brawn rating. Train 1 rank in each of 6 Career Skills (opposed to 4), and train 1 rank in each of 3 Specialization Skills (opposed to 2).

Inorganic: Do not gain benefits of recovering with a bacta tank, stimpack or Medicine skill checks (use Mechanics check instead). Enduring Talent +1.

Mechanical Being: Droids cannot become force-sensitive or acquire Force Rating by any means. Cannot be affected by mind-altering Force powers.
