Background

The Directorate: 2 points positive
Darmok is a leading archeologist who specializes in Force-using cultures, so he was a natural recruit for the Directorate. His expertise in locating and recovering artifacts makes him a valuable member of the outfit, and in exchange he gets the opportunity to further his own research and make sure that the items he recovers end up in the hands of the good guys.

Jensaarai: 1 point conflicted
Darmok got the attention of the Jensaarai by consistently locating artifacts that had eluded the order's own seers for eons. The Jensaarai began following him, letting Darmok lead them to discoveries that he made, and on one occasion confronted him directly when he had found something too powerful for the order to let him have. It was during this confrontation that the order realized that Darmok was himself a Force sensitive, and was likely using the Force to help lead him to his discoveries without realizing it. There is now a split among the Jensaarai High Circle: some see Darmok as an ideal recruit, whose pursuit of Force knowledge is in line with their own; others see him as an obstacle and a competitor, especially with his recent decision to join the Directorate.

Aspect: "It belongs in a museum!" - get some juice when it comes to actions involving artifacts and archeology. But, compelled to chase after them even if it puts me in danger.
