Motivation

Obligations

Obligation (Addiction 10): Sira is addicted to the thrill of the crime life, and the prospect of big gains. Not merely able, Sira gets a rush out of criminal activity such as theft. She suffers strong temptations to act on criminal urges; she feels drawn to pick the pocket of a rich man, for instance, or nab a necklace from a jewelry shop, or even hack a bank account she comes across. Failure to act on these urges produces a feeling similar to regret. She feels deeply disappointed that she'd passed up such an opportunity... At least until the next one comes along.

Duty (Resource Acquisition - Hutt Cartel 0): Sira is one of many youths who've been extorted into working for the Hutt Cartel. Albeit, in her case, she accepted this with much joy. Though she doesn't have much say-so in anything, the Hutt Cartel has come to trust her for her high reliability; and her very high skill level as compared to most of her extorted colleagues. She has access to many of their safe-houses, as anyone in the Cartel employ would, and she frequently receives work from them. Primarily, her activities include theft, burglary, vandalism, infiltration (in the sense of stealing data), message running, contraband running, and similar. She's also often asked to hack open doors, or repair/alter equipment for the Cartel members. They pay well enough, and they treat her nicely when she does well, so Sira's pretty loyal to the Cartel. One would be hard pressed to turn her against them; even for a big payment.
