Lethi’lar, “Red Dust”, is a 32-year-old scout under contract with Hethan Romund to discover and otherwise clear out anthropological discoveries, mostly dealing with the fallen Jedi order. [this is a size 5 contract obligation] They enjoy barter, living on their feet, and being able to blend into the background in order to remain hidden. They are Intelligent and Creative, but can also be very Drab and a bit Secretive.
Their mother Kar’awnfreeta was a member of the Head-Clan who was sent out into the sands to die; their father Kagi’lar was a natural explorer who made his living scouting for sites rich in Ryll Spice and selling the locations to offworlders. When confronted with having to raise this child on his own, Kagi’lar sold them in (mostly) an act of mercy, using the proceeds to purchase some energy spiders (spice spiders) of his own. (Possibility to create a primary queen spider ‘character’)
Purchased by (Jedi!), Lethi’lar joined a Jedi Initiate clan of 9 other Younglings. (Collaborate with GM for potential characters to also survive) (Jedi!), a Lore Keeper consular, was the instructor assigned to “Arachnid Clan”, so named for a web of knowledge they wished to weave into the life of each Youngling.
Upon reaching 16, Lethi’lar passed the tests and was assigned to Master Enderan as a Padawan. Enderan was often over-zealous and gave much of his own time, one of the most available and helpful Jedi Masters. Often, he would forget to eat, rest, or take time for himself. As such, Lethi’lar began to feel intimidated by the weight and responsibility of becoming a Jedi.
Lethi’lar’s impression of Enderan was one of inadequacy; in the two years they were under Enderan, it never felt like they would be able to live up to the expectation set forth by him. Enderan never noticed the turmoil in his Padawan’s heart, and therefore wasn’t ever able to adequately address the problem head-on.
Order 66, and Enderan was eradicated while Lethi’lar was away. (Something that incorporates M4-KR, the spirit of her mother, surviving members of Arachnid Clan, or perhaps the person they are contracted under to discover Jedi sites.)
Due to having to cover their Jedi upbringing, Lethi’lar hides the two relics of their old life: a training lightsaber and their helmet. When alone and sure no one is around, they will put on the helmet and set up targets to practice using their lightsaber with the force. They will not be seen using or carrying these two items outside of privacy [this is for a size 5 Bounty obligation]. 12 years after Order 66 and the murder of Enderan, Lethi’lar finds themselves still under contract.
