Motivation - Belief - The Republic - Ichika has heard stories of the New Republic in all its glory before the Empire came to power, in its current state, she views the Empire as nothing more than a tyrannical dictatorship, ruling through fear and doing whatever it pleases, with that she set out trying to restore the New Republic however she can.
Duties
Duty - 360 - Morale - Ichika believes that a strong Morale is required to beat the enemy, be it on the battlefield or in the cities, having high spirits is just as important as having the best equipment to fight with, or experience for that matter, one must never lose hope in the face of adversity.
