Background
Built as a scout unit initially, K3-VN was chosen to be part of a prototype upgrade designed to infiltrate facilities. Reinforced combat frame along with skills to bypass security rather than enforce it. Things went awry when K3-VN's Slicing skills became good enough to throw off the Restraining Bolt and escape. The manufacturer considers K3-VN a resounding success and want the unit back so they can be studied to figure out how to keep the Slicing skills but suppress the desire to go AWOL.
