Background
Refugee: builds technology to fix or serve as a stopgap solution for immediate problems. has a diverse set of skills in the mechanical and artistic that he uses to help the community survive another day. innovation and imagination run vibrant and strong through his character
Kavis and his parents had to flee their home when they were accused of being force sensitive. His parents crafted beautiful artistic items that also had a functional quality to them. (mother was the artist, father was the engineer/mechanic) A rival shop owner's jealousy took over and they reported him and his family to the Empire as being force sensitive. His parents were not but knowing their son was attuned to the force, they fled. Unfortunately during their escape, Kavis and his parents were separated. His parents told him to meet them on (insert planet) if they were parted and he has been steadily attempting to make his way there by using his unique skill sets. Recently he ran into a young man name Petro and his droid companion, Huyang, who was in some need of repair. Kavis was able to tell Petro was a good person and offered to fix Huyang if they would help him meet up with his family.
Motivation
Fights the injustice of displacement and hunger. without a home to go back to, he's lost everything and has fallen into the cracks of society and the legal system. often fighting a hungry belly, Kavis has done everything he can to remain on the right side of the law. knowing the hurt of an empty stomach, Kavis helps out those he sees when ever he can.

Emotional Strength: Wonder- in a city, every day provides a new adventure. this keeps him connected, always learning, and alive. the city teaches him to remain open to new experiences as it surprises daily
Emotional Weakness: Alienation/Isolation- with too many people and too many problems, he gets overwhelmed/overstimulated and withdraws. the city continues on, ignoring any one person. why not let them take care of the problem?

Other Notes
Quermian smell through their hands- Kavis is constantly touching things i.e. smelling things. he'll pick up things at random and make faces depending on how they smell. it doesn't help that he has 4 arms to do this with and he doesn't keep them hidden in clothing.
