Background
Mother died at an early age, father was erratic and owed a lot of debts. Spent years jumping from stations and planets, always on the run and smuggling cargo, which is where he learned. When he was 14, his dad's demons finally caught up to them while they were on a small planet, and Winn watched his father get executed. He was forced to work off the debts of his father with this crew, and when he was 20 they told him he'd be free of his debts after one last job, which they betrayed him and tried to kill him during, but he was saved by Ish, but not before losing both of his legs.
