Background
My family lives/lived on a technologically advanced world.
My fathers job was keeping a library of the jedi. However when the empire started, much of that knowledge became forbidden and he lost his job. He couldn't do much against it, he was a simple librarian. But it hit him hard and he went into depression. The only time he would cheer up is when he told me stories that he read in the library or teach me something. He loved when I would create something based on his stories. <He might have died by now>
My mother was a nurse serving during the clone wars. She has seen horrible things, but she still managed to keep a good mood most of the time. She taught me about how it is important to care for others and how to apply basic medical help. I also noticed that I'm a bit better at healing people than most are, and due to the stories I learned from my father, I think I'm aware of my connection to the force.
All the stories from my father made me realise how much people lost with the empire and I want to punish the empire for it. Not for personal revenge, but I believe they simply did wrong and should be punished. But I know I can't just walk up so I have to fight them differently. Not sure how.
Motivation
My parents talked a lot about how knowledge should be preserved and how the empire destroys all of that. My goal is to preserve and protect knowledge.
Overthrow the Empire: The Galactic Empire has created a civilization based on inequality and injustice. The character seeks to end its tyranny, possibly in cooperation with the Alliance.
Morality
Justice: The character strives for just and deliberate actions in his life, and in his interactions with others. He attempts to make the objectively right choice every time, knowing that justice is more likely to guarantee positive outcomes than sympathy or other emotional displays.
Cruelty: All too often, the cruel use justice to excuse their actions. If one stops himself from tempering justice with empathy and understanding, he can inflict great harm on others and feel justified doing it. Eventually, he can grow to revel in the suffering of others, even as he deludes himself into thinking he makes the "just" choice.
