10 - Crime. When Jenkons gets the itch to play that sax, he does it. Sometimes it doesn't matter if everyone else is trying to get some sleep, and he hasn't always shied away from taking death sticks. The list of minor infractions against him is long enough to catch the ire of local authorities, who want to put an end to his crime spree, if not for the citizens, then at least to make their job a little easier. That's not to mention all the crimes not on his rap sheet.
