Lt. Jorris joined the imperial military and was selected for special forces training under recommendation from his training officer, so by the time he graduated from the academy he was assigned to ISF with Ghost Battalion, A Co, 3rd Squad Team Leader. He fit in quite well hunting down the enemies of the empire, as the emperor commanded. After 5 years with his squad, he and his squad were abandoned on some shit hole of an outer rim world after an imperial defeat. Left to die by chance as their evac shuttle left them behind before their very eyes. A strange man boarded the shuttle just before it left, his identity a mystery to Lt. Jorris and his squad. He and his squad were left to fend as they were pursued by rebel forces and rather angry locals. Attrition is what did them in, they tried making contact with the empire but all lines were silent. They recieved only one message breaking that silence, "I'm sorry." It became quickly clear to his remaining men that they have been abandoned. Close to starvation and at the limits of their exhaustion they were captured by rebel intelligence forces.

Some time in captivity and cooperation with the rebel alliance, fostering an ever growing resentment of the empire that left them to die on that forsaken planet he brought his skills to the alliance, his relationship with them currently is tenuous but stable. However not all are convinced of his loyalty to the alliance, his experience in the imperial special forces and his training make him an asset against the superior imperial armada.
