Background
He learned a great deal as a junior analyst for the Republic Navy during the Outer Rim Sieges in the late stages of the Clone Wars.
When the Empire replaced the Republic, Zabik (along with most other non-human personnel) was discharged unceremoniously. After Duros fell to the Empire, he lived quietly on an Outer Rim farm. Finally, when the Empire's atrocities reached him, he joined the Rebel Alliance and was finally assigned a command role in a fresh Outer Rim cell.
Motivation
Support the fledgling Alliance to Restore the Republic in any way possible. Believes his most important function withing the Rebellion is to gather needed intelligence on potential allies/weaknesses in the Empire's ranks.
Lt. Zabik believes aggressive recruitment, sound long-term logistics and strong inter-faction alliances are the best strategy to create a force capable of staging a successful revolt against the Empire.
He isn't used to direct command, but will do his best to set his new working group up for success.
Duties
Intelligence, Recruiting - 10
Rebel Intelligence has put Lt. Zabik in charge of a small Rebel Cell tasked with securing supply lines, obtaining intel and creating alliances.
Rebel intelligence has limited contact with Zabik for security purposes.
Description
Small in stature, even for a Duros, Lt. Becwoorj Zabik has always used his wit to his advantage.
High intelligence, marked leadership ability and status as a surprising crackshot with a blaster make Zabik an asset to the Rebellion's strategic efforts in the Outer Rim.
Scar leading from under his left eye to his left temple are a reminder of what the Empire's goons are capable of.
Much to the chagrin/entertainment of his subordinates, he has an over reliance on Sarcasm particularly in life and death situations.
