Djose Salew was the oldest of a large Mirialan family on a desolate world called Albion. His father was a convict who was transported to Albion by the Empire for slave labor. When his father was released, he married a local woman and attempted to start over as a farmer. Imperial settlers forced the family (and other non-human families) off their land to build lavish estates. Desperate to care for his children, Djose's father turned to petty theft and was caught. Djose was young when his father was taken away. He was never seen again. Djose felt responsible but was terribly poor. His childhood friend and crush, Beladi Vossi, invited Djose to join a gang of aliens who would rob and intimidate Imperial settlers harassing alien villages. Imperial squatters hired a private police force to bring the gang in. While being pursued, Djose killed an officer in self defense. Beladi offered to lure Djose into a trap in exchange for the reward and a ticket off world. Djose managed to escape the ambush and flee into the wastes. The Chiss bounty hunter, Majad attempted to capture Djose but a twist of fate allowed Djose to gain the upper hand. Djose showed mercy and Majad helped Djose escape off world.

Relationships- Djose will do anything to protect and provide for his family. Djose also feels a need to catch up to his childhood friend and get answers.

Injustice, Oppression- Djose has a particular hatred for the Empire. Djose views himself as a protector of the weak.

Family: Djose feels a strong sense of responsibility to help his family; particularly because he is now a wanted fugitive.- 10

Djose is wanted for murder and robbery on his homeworld. For now, his bounty is primarily an issue on Albion and the broader Noble system. -10
