Background
Ander and his sister were enforcers for a medium-sized criminal enterprise on an Outer Rim Planet in the Arkanis sector. Increasing friction with Imperial overreach to impose order in the Arkanis sector meant that, in the course of a diversified portfolio of illegal activities, stormtrooper helmets were frequently at the other end of Ander’s rifle sights. While past ambushes could be easily blamed on the Rebellion or Saw Gerrera’s extremists, the territorial Moff eventually noticed the Dathomarian-horn-shaped thorn in his side. His sister Reida was ensnared by an imperial magistrate who somewhat resembled the scorchmarks left on the garrison block wall where Zihul Bardak found the enraged Ander, stepping over trooper bodies. Conveniently, the garrison block had also been the target of a rebel attack, which Zihul deemed unnecessary given the garrison was dead. Zihul convinced Ander to join the Rebellion; this was Anders best option to find his sister or vengeance. Either is acceptable.
Motivation
Stormtroopers are glorified target practice. Ander wants more dignified prey.
While Dathomarians are by nature lone wolves, in the core of one of his two hearts he holds a molten pool of fury that drives him to find his sister.
Zihul has also made it clear that allegiance to the Rebellion and his team is non-negotiable. Ander has an opportunity with the Rebellion, but they also have more than just cause to simply execute, or worse, imprison him.
Duties
5 duty (+1,000 starting credits, -5 duty)
Counter-Intelligence
Ander is on a hunt (or perhaps a slaughter) but also finds pleasure in countering the Empire’s hunt for the rebellion. There are few greater preys than another hunter.
Description
Ander, as a Dathomarian Zabrak has a crown of horns, and facial tattoos resembling a war mask. Though the tattoos have slightly faded from the ash-black of his youth, they remain a mark of a warrior, though few who are not Zabrak would recognize the significance.
