Raised by a notorious Pirate lord, Cyrus Kavil, Darius has taken up the mantel... or at least had, until the former Pirate lord's crew was ambushed and imprisoned or killed by the Empire.

Darius was destined to be a thief and an adventurer practically since birth. His father Cyrus taught him everything he knew from firing a blaster to threatening wealthy aristocrats out of their money.

Now, he and his adopted Duro brother, Cero have escaped Imperial prison against all odds and have been lying low for two years on Garel.

Status: Kavil will stop at nothing to reclaim his title and renown as a Pirate Lord.

OBSESSION: Darius is obsessed with reclaiming the Crass Beggar, his father's famous pirate ship, from whomever took it, though he does not yet know who. By extension, he must gather the living members of his old crew, and perhaps some new ones to reform the Crimson Corsairs once again.

Darius is still a bit of a young buck for the level of renown his name has purchased. But, after being the Captain of the Crimson Corsairs for a hand full of years, he knows his way around the seedy and underground parts of the galaxy. He's made deals and spoken on behalf of his crew countless times. However, the Corsairs were destroyed before he could really get going, and a good chunk of the Underworld that did know the name Kavil, have forgotten it since.

Darius wears a scraggly beard and unkempt hair. He is of medium build and average height. He still struts and dresses like his days as a Pirate Captain, but there is a lack of confidence these days that a perceptive person could easily see.
